Class Description
This is a beginner gymnastic program where kids learn the fundamentals of movement (locomotor, non locomotor and manipulative) and basic gymnastic skills (tumbling, handstand, star jumps, cartwheels + more) , as well as social and emotional skills with fun themes and circuits. Kids will learn progressive gym skills and improve on overall motor skills. Developing motor skills at a young age allows kids to gain strength and be confident within their own bodies. Overall strength and coordination development, as well as working within groups is easily transferable to other activities such as sports, and encourages kids to be active for life leading to a healthy lifestyle.
Ninja Kids Fit Club
A great alternative to preschool, ninja kids will get extended time on the gym equipment, learn new karate moves and practice being kindness ninjas as well as conquering imaginary villains. This program also includes a craft making activity.
